Here are some of my favorite links to other Talon and rally sites:

Club DSM (Diamond Star Motors). This is one of the best single-marque car sites there is. It covers the Mitsubishi Eclipse, Eagle Talon and Plymouth Laser (which are all the same car). Lots of technical stuff on how to make your TEL go fast.
Buschur Racing. Lots of high performance stuff for TEL.

Ben's Rally Page. This is the most comprehensive site covering performance rallying in the U.S. Ben's got links to almost every rally site worth visiting. Check here first.
Sandman's Rally Page. Sandman's got another great rally site with a ton of links. He's also got a lot of links to sites for other forms of racing.
